A control hub, not another chatbot
NOESIS is my orchestration infrastructure: it connects ChatGPT Web, Hermes, ORCA, Codex, Cursor, Muse, GrokBot and local models. In this video I show it while it actually works, with the setup, the problems and the troubleshooting. It is not a polished demo: you also see the blocks that are still open, like Hermes access from the phone not starting or Codex running out of tokens mid-session.
Two remote controls: Hermes on the phone and ChatGPT voice
I am setting up the new Hermes web app over Tailscale, and I am letting ChatGPT Web do the setup, since it does not burn tokens. That gives me two remote controls. With Hermes on my phone I handle personal things: actions about my life, my journaling. When I need to write code or find more important solutions I use ChatGPT voice chat, which talks to the rest of the system.
Cut the wasted time
The point is to remove everything that makes us waste time every day. With this system I manage Airbnb and the B&B, I get to train, work and publish videos every day, even six Shorts a day. I also connected GrokBot: through a connection from ChatGPT it publishes my social posts, all the Shorts, and fixes the descriptions.
Token Saver: 50 to 70% fewer tokens
I built a memory system that saves tokens. ChatGPT Web does the check, then the coding goes straight to one of the agents: Grok, Muse, Codex, Cursor, Gemini. Each one has a Token Saver inside that saves 50 to 70%. When I need a task done I ask ChatGPT and it gets executed. And every evening NOESIS tells me what is still open and what tomorrow's tasks on Linear are.
If the AI does not get you, lower the abstraction
When you work with AI on complex topics, you often do not understand each other. So tell it exactly that: we are getting into topics that are too complicated, lower the level of abstraction, talk to me simply and help me understand how to solve this, one step at a time. Let it help you as if you were a child. And always ask for honesty: Hermes has to be very honest with me.
ChatGPT as the central orchestrator
My big orchestrator is ChatGPT Web: you talk to it, you give it a vision, it creates images at practically zero token cost. And the system is starting to do it on its own: when there is a task it picks which agent can deliver the best result, with the right tokens and in the right time. AI becomes truly useful when it stops being a single chatbot and becomes an orchestrated system that takes the work all the way to the result.
