NOESIS is becoming an infrastructure of agents

Two local models and 95% of tokens saved
I put two local models on my computer, a small 4B one and a 30B one. This way I save about 95% of tokens, and some tasks end up costing almost nothing. They handle the heavy, repetitive work; the more powerful models only step in when needed.
Less bureaucracy, more results
How do they bring results home? By taking away the time I would have spent on bureaucracy and repetitive work: publishing content, checking the Airbnb, guest check-ins, reviewing meetings. Everything goes into one big memory that the system keeps studying and analyzing, producing better reasoning every time.
Not a calculator, but a calculator with a conscience
The goal is for AI to start helping you think. Stop picturing it as a calculator you ask what 1+1 is, and picture a calculator with a real conscience: what is 1+1, then multiply by 10, divide by two, apply it to this business, move it to this sector and give me the statistics.
Agents that work for you even while you sleep
You can hand it projects in the evening. For example: build me this website, I want it like this; here is a reference site, keep going until the result is very close. When you wake up the work is done. And not only projects: while you sleep the system analyzes, finds the weak spots, measures the data and shows you blind spots you could not see on your own.
The trap: I produce like 3-4 people
Yesterday I ran the numbers with ChatGPT: when the system is running at full speed I produce as much as three or four people a day. But there are still bottlenecks: I still have to hand out many tasks myself, or fix problems. Solve those and you get to 5x. Multiply that by every day, and bring it to your company, your team, your family.
If I am worth 5 and there are 100 of us
When these systems give you an edge, a community forms and everyone benefits. If I am worth five people and there are 100 of us in the community, multiply everything by five. With a system built for exactly this, one that never gets bored, never talks back and never judges you.
This wave is not going away
It is not like other technologies: today we are still at zero compared to what is coming, and everything will become exponential. I am not selling anything: I am telling you the time is now.
