Human work will be worth nothing: hold the agents' leash, or end up on it

Yesterday I built an app in one hour that tells you which reps really count. But the point is another one: if human work stops being paid, only those who hold the agents' leash will count.

An app in one hour

Yesterday I built RepAnalyzer Pro in one hour. It is a biomechanical tracking system: you record the exercise and, from the video, the system reads how you move your joints and muscles. On the dashboard you see the seconds of each rep, the lines of the movement, how deep you go and how far you extend.

Five reps out of thirty

If you do thirty squats, not all of them count. The tracking shows you which five reps make the difference for the muscle, and which range to focus on next time. Few exercises, few reps, done right. It is meant for people with little time at the gym who want maximum efficiency, and also for not getting hurt: if the lines of your ankle and hips are not aligned, you see it before the injury. It can become a private coach, or a tool for personal trainers.

The system behind the app

The app came out of Noesis, the system that keeps making me faster. The bottleneck is now clear: do not put too many irons in the fire. In the same run I produced six Shorts to launch it, with very few credits. The voice from one application, the videos from another, everything connected and sent to Grokbot, which routes the work. My own agents on the computer, coordinated by an orchestrator, hooked to the agents of external plugins and to Grokbot's, with Obsidian as memory. When Muse lands in Europe and ChatGPT Dots arrives, the connections are already in place.

Human work will not be paid anymore

This morning I watched a video of Elon Musk: in 2-3 years, he says, human work will not be paid anymore, because AI will do better than people in every field. If he is right, who stands out? Whoever has agents to move in the real world. A system that works around the clock and makes you known as the mentor of automation in your field. For example, a personal trainer who uses his agents to take paperwork and wasted time off other personal trainers. And it is a race against time: soon moving agents will be within everyone's reach too.

The leash

My flow is this: I have a chat with you, the agent system makes the Shorts and posts them to the world. Once the task is given, the human job is to watch the loop, for example the conversation between ChatGPT and Grokbot, until the automation runs smoothly. Then you build more automations, or you go up a level: an improvement loop, a loop to save tokens. Either you hold the agents' leash, or you end up on it.
